Arckon Arts Private Limited operates on a Direct-to-Consumer (B2C) model. Because our products consist of digital content delivered instantly via in-app purchases, we maintain the following policy.

1. In-App Purchase Policy

All sales of in-game items, virtual currency, or "Ad-Free" unlocks are final. As these items are consumed or activated immediately upon purchase, if you encounter any bugs in transactions, please contact arckonarts@gmail.com.

2. No Subscriptions

Arckon Arts does not offer any subscription-based services. There are no recurring monthly or yearly charges to cancel. All transactions are one-time payments for specific digital items.

3. Platform-Managed Transactions

All financial transactions are handled by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Arckon Arts does not store your credit card or payment information.

4. Technical Support & Transaction Bugs

In the event that a technical error occurs during a transaction and an item is not delivered, please contact us at arckonarts@gmail.com with proof of purchase. We are committed to resolving delivery issues promptly.
